- We retain payment history for 11 years as required by Croatian accounting laws.
- Billing records at Stripe are kept according to Stripe's privacy policy.
7.4 Technical Limitations
While we implement the retention periods above, certain technical artifacts or fragments may persist in system backups or logs for a limited time until those media are cycled. In addition, our trusted processing partners and infrastructure providers may retain content in accordance with their own retention policies and legal obligations. We do not control those independent retention periods and cannot guarantee their exact duration. We contractually require that partners use your data solely to provide the requested services and protect it with appropriate safeguards.
